Terms of service

The rules, in plain English.

TestIQHub gives you a cognitive test and an estimate of your IQ. It is for self-insight and entertainment. It is not a clinical assessment and must not be used to make decisions about anyone’s education, employment, or medical care — including your own.

What this is

An adaptive test of forty questions across spatial, logical, numerical and verbal reasoning, scored on the conventional scale where the average is 100 and the standard deviation is 15. How the scoring works is described on the methodology section of the home page.

It draws on established item formats and real psychometric methods, but it has not been through a clinical validation study, it is not administered by a psychologist, and it is not a substitute for one.

What a score means, and what it does not

Every score we give you comes with a confidence range, because a forty-question test cannot produce a single exact number. A result of 118 genuinely means something closer to “probably between 108 and 128”. Treat it that way.

Do not use a score from this site to:

• Make or support a medical or psychological diagnosis
• Decide whether to hire, promote or dismiss anyone
• Make decisions about a child’s schooling
• Support a legal claim

If you need an assessment that can do those things, see a qualified psychologist.

Your account

You do not need one to take the test or see your score. If you buy a report, an account is created from the email you give at checkout. Keep access to that inbox — it is how you manage and cancel the subscription.

Paying

Everything about money is on the subscription terms page: the amounts, the dates, the reminder email and how to cancel. That page is part of these terms.

Fair use

Please do not:

• Script or automate the test, or take it in bulk to extract questions
• Republish our questions as your own
• Try to break, overload or probe the site
• Resell access to your account

We may suspend access that does these things. If we suspend a paying account without good reason, we refund it.

Our questions

The questions are generated by our own software and are ours. Your answers and your score are yours — you may screenshot and share your result freely, including commercially.

Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not promise it. If a paid subscription is unusable for a meaningful stretch, email us and we will refund that period.

Liability

We provide the test as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a score, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, and nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will email subscribers before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change; if you would rather not, cancel.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your own country’s law and can bring a claim there.
