How to cancel

Cancelling takes one click.

Go to your account page and press Cancel subscription. That is the entire process. You will not be charged again.

Step by step

1. Open testiqhub.com/account in the browser you used to buy.
2. Press Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm. That is it — the page will show that it is cancelled.

What happens next

• You are not charged again. Ever, unless you deliberately resubscribe.
• You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not take away what you bought.
• Cancel in the first 7 days and you pay $1.00 USD and nothing more.
• Your free score and profile stay available regardless.

What we will not do

We will not show you a retention offer, ask you to complete a survey, make you phone anyone, make you chat to anyone, or add steps designed to make you give up. If you want to leave, leave.

If the button does not work

Email help@testiqhub.com from any address and say “cancel”. We will cancel it and refund anything charged in the meantime. We will not ask why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

You can also cancel through your bank or card provider. We would rather you did it here so we can stop the billing cleanly, but it is your money.
